I travel though Mumbai about once very two or three months, but never get the chance to have a look around. On this trip I had half a day free on the way back, so did a quick tour of the area I visited with the Navy in 1986. Places like Gateway of India, the Taj Hotel, Chowpatty Beach, the Haji Ali Dargah etc.

We spent the weekend at Stockton caravan park. Great spot, right on the beach... we took the car onto Stockton Beach, down to the wreck of the Sygna and then north to Anna Bay and back stopping at the Tin Hut City on the way. The rest of the time was spent at the beach in the surf - lovely...

Happy Birthday Ben!
Ben had some friends over for a Fear Factor sleepover.... the boys had to hold their hands in ice for as long as they could, do some taste tests, some feel the object tests, balancing on a tin, eating without hands and best of all trying to find a key to a lock in a tin full of live crickets!
He also had breakfast out with his mum, and we all went for dinner on the day itself.

We got our new caravan this week to replace the camper. It is a Jayco Expanda 17.56-2 Outback; 17ft long to tow but expands to be about the same size as a 23ft caravan. It has two double beds, two bunks, and another dining area hat can convert to another double bed. It also has a shower and toilet, telly, microwave, stove, air conditioning, solar power and a stereo with speakers in & out.

New car

This is the new car, it is a Toyota Prado Landcruiser Altitude, and has leather seats, satnav, sunroof, 7 seats, rear seat entertainment and lots of other stuff. We spent a week towing the camper around NSW and it was great.
